Christian is an ICF-certified coach, ordained pastoral counselor, and mentor with over 30 years of experience in marriage counseling, leadership training, addiction recovery, and cross-cultural integration.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian, and serves individuals and couples across Europe.

Q2: Are your services recognized in the European Union?

Yes. Christian’s credentials—including certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)—are internationally recognized.

His coaching and pastoral counseling services comply with EU standards. These services are distinct from clinical therapy and are not regulated as psychotherapy.

Q3: In what languages are sessions available?

You may book sessions in the following languages:

You will be able to select your preferred language when booking.

Q4: Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Christian offers online sessions to clients across the EU and internationally using secure, GDPR-compliant video platforms.

In-person sessions are also available in Milan (Centro Leoni).

Q5: Will my information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. All personal and session-related information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your data will never be shared without your explicit consent.

Q6: Do you work with clients outside of Italy?

Yes. Christian works with clients from all EU countries and beyond. Virtual appointments are available no matter where you are located.

Q7: Can I receive an invoice for my session?

Yes. Invoices are issued for each session and are compliant with Italian and EU business regulations.

Please note: Most public health systems in the EU do not reimburse coaching or pastoral counseling services. However, some private insurers may offer coverage—please check with your provider.

Q8: Are your services considered therapy or clinical mental health care?

Christian provides coaching, mentoring, and pastoral counseling.

These services do not replace psychotherapy or psychiatric care but offer compassionate, values-based support to help clients grow, heal, and navigate life’s challenges.

Q9: Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book a session?

No referral or medical diagnosis is required. You may book sessions directly as an individual, couple, or organization seeking guidance or support.

Q10: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency.

Q11: Do you only work with Christian or religious clients?

No. While Christian’s approach is grounded in a Christian worldview, **all clients—regardless of their beliefs—**are welcomed with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Many clients come from secular, interfaith, or culturally diverse backgrounds.

Q12: Do you work with expats, missionaries, and multicultural families?

Yes. Christian specializes in supporting expats, missionaries, intercultural couples, and international families.
